Your Auto Butler has a bullet proof four step process, guaranteed to make sure that our client’s best interest is at heart. They are as follows.

STEP ONE - Contact Your Auto Butler

Once you have contacted us by email or by phone, you will be assigned an auto specialist who will guide you through the automotive process.
STEP TWO - Processing
After you have been assigned a specialist, they will give you an additional overview about the company and process you into the system. Your auto specialist will go over;

1. Make and model
2. Down payment (if any)
3. Interest rate
5. Monthly payment
6. Credit History
7. Your trade in
8. Lease or purchase
9. New or used

STEP THREE - Application
Once your automotive specialist has received your criteria for your automobile, he or she will take an application and process it into the system. This process entails;

1. Locating the exact vehicle you requested

2. Negotiating on that vehicle once it has been located, which
includes;

A. Condition
B. History
C. Price
E. Down payment (if any)
F. Interest rate.

STEP FOUR - Reporting back to you
Once we have located and successfully negotiated the best deal for you, we will contact you to go over the entire deal. Once you have given us the green light, we will call the dealership back to inform them that the deal has been accepted and set up a time for the delivery.

NEW CARS: In most cases, Your Auto Butler can have your new car delivered to your home, work or where ever you desire any where in the United States.

USED CARS: we are sure that you would agree that if you were approved on a used car, it would be beneficial for you to go to the dealership and take a look at the vehicle to make sure it is in good condition. We would ask you not to take our word but personally inspect the vehicle yourself.
